Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) Technology
FDM is the only additive manufacturing technology that processes production-grade thermoplastics in a patented, self-calibrated heated chamber. This chamber ensures each layer is consistently bonded at a precise temperature, delivering high accuracy and minimizing part warpage.

How It Works
FDM technology works by heating thermoplastic filament in the 3D printer to a semi-liquid state. Ultra-fine threads are extruded and precisely deposited layer by layer to form the desired object. Removable support structures are printed as needed and can be removed during post-processing.
The Results
High End Material Properties
Build products of unrivalled resistances and strength in chemical, mechanical, and thermal properties, which are unlikely to be distorted in ambient conditions with time.
High Level of Precision
Trusted for its precision, reliability, and repeatability, FDM excels at producing components with complex geometries, tight tolerances, and internal cavities, outperforming conventional manufacturing methods.
Manufacturing Scalability
As the easiest 3D printing technology to learn and operate, FDM allows customers to skip tooling and reduce lead times from weeks to days.
