DLyte
DLyte is the world’s first dry electropolishing process designed for metal and alloy components. Using patented DryLyte technology, this fully automated solution streamlines multiple tasks such as edge rounding, deburring, surface smoothing, and high-gloss polishing - into a single, clean process.

- Automated & Efficient: Reduces manual labor and errors with a repeatable, fully automated process.
- Eco-Friendly Operation: Solid electrolyte replaces conventional chemicals, reducing waste and environmental impact.
- Consistent Finish Quality: Delivers mirror-like polishing, smoothing and precise deburring results homogeneous across complex geometries and part batches.
- Optimized for Complex Geometry: Effectively polishes difficult-to-reach internal cavities and intricate details, making it ideal for high-precision applications including additive manufacturing.
- Machine Lineup: Product ranges from small to large units suited for focused industries like medical, luxury, tools, pharma, labs and more.
- DryLyte Media: Patented dry electrolyte media that enables safe, ion-based surface finishing without liquid solutions.
- Automated Workflow: One-step process handles deburring, rounding, and polishing with minimal operator intervention.
- Alloy Compatibility: Compatible with a range of alloys like stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys, cobalt chrome, and other common industrial metals.
