Redefining Innovation, (The Past, Present and Future of Manufacturing), this was the theme of Creatz3D User Conference 2016. Held at Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay on the 23rd of September, Creatz3D User Conference returns for its third year. We are honored to have been given the opportunity to be able to celebrate together with our users during this joyous occasion, celebrating our 15th year of experience in the 3D Printing Industry.

Even a full colored print deserves the artistic finishing touches. A printed piece can be spray-painted, hand painted for added effects and glossed for the optimized realism. In any case, the first step is to always ensure the model is free of dirt, oil, dust, moisture or defects; otherwise the paint would only have attached itself to the layer of foreign material. For added effects, lightly sand the model down before applying an undercoat to achieve some surface roughness, but without compromising on the details.

To be efficient while maintaining product quality, that is the main goal of many business owners. This is especially important in the manufacturing process whereby time is of the essence and is closely interlinked with productivity. Hence, this brings us to the million dollar question: How do we attain such product excellence and efficiency and ultimately, bring profits to our business?
